Real Estate Closing Pricing:

  • Closing session: Pricing starts at $150.00 per property*

    (1-hour time limit )

    *International Signing Surcharge: An additional $50 per closing will be added if the signer is outside the US at the time of the signing.

    *Same Day Rush Request Surcharge: An additional $50 per closing will be added for requests submitted for a same day closing appointment.

    *Same Day Cancellation fee: 50% of rate (within 3 hours prior to confirmed appointment)

    The cancellation fee will be charged if we are unable to complete the closing ceremony due to the following: signer missed appointment, documents are missing/incorrect, signer declines to move forward, redraw required, etc.

    • Max Cancellation Fee = $50.00

    • Min Cancellation Fee = $15.00

  • Please note: We will do our best to accommodate your requested appointment day and time. If no notaries are available for your chosen day or time, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to reschedule for another day or time that works for your clients.

  • All SAME-DAY requests must be submitted by 1:00 PM ET on the day of the signing request.

  • All NEXT-DAY requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET the day before the signing request.

  • Requests submitted after 5:00 PM ET will be considered for scheduling the following day.

  • We strongly encourage you to submit your signing request as soon as possible.
